With the support of 3A, CA Immo has now concluded a complex contract with ABDA – Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Apothekerverbände e.V. for around 70 % of the office space. The building designed by Kleihues+Kleihues (Berlin) with an investment volume of around 35 million euros, is located directly on Heidestraße opposite Tour Total. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2019, with strict sustainability criteria being adhered to as a green building. The project development contract combines rental, working and purchase contract elements. CA Immo first builds the project especially developed for the needs of the association, which ABDA will then rent for two years before taking over ownership. Special features of the Apotheker-Haus are a large plenary hall of approx. 300 m² and its top floor with large conference areas and adjoining roof terraces. The remaining space in the building will remain in CA Immo’s portfolio.
