The hotel building with 125 rooms, restaurant and bar is located in the Edlmairstraße 4 at the southwestern edge of the old town of Deggendorf, directly at the cultural and congress centre of the city. The NH-Hotel Group will continue to operate the hotel.

These include around 15,200 apartments, 6,500 furnished apartments and 1,800 commercial units (as of 31.12.2018).
