After 3A had already provided legal support to CORPUS SIREO on the purchase of five residential projects in 2017, the lawyers of 3A specialising in real estate transactions are starting the New Year with two further residential project purchases with this client. The projects are located in Bremen/Überseestadt and in the Berlin district of Pankow.

Corpus Sireo made these purchases on behalf of various funds. One of them is to invest approx. 300 million euros in German residential real estate over the next three to five years. In addition to purchasing, CORPUS SIREO is also responsible for asset and property management.
