3A advises Art-Invest on the acquisition of the Ibis Styles and Ibis Budget Hotels in Bayreuth
The acquisition was effected by Fuchs & Söhne as part of a forward asset deal. The buyer was legally assisted in this transaction by Dr Hermann Stapenhorst, MRICS, Dr Nadja Fleischmann, LL.M. and Frederike S. Rauhut of 3A. The property has been acquired under a long-term lease agreement with Ghotel Germany, which will operate both hotel concepts through franchise agreements with Accor. After completion at the beginning of 2020, the building complex will have a total of 180 rooms, divided into 96 rooms in ibis styles and 84 rooms in ibis budget, as well as a common lobby including a bar and breakfast area and 68 outdoor parking spaces.
This continues the successful cooperation between 3A and Art-Invest: 3A already advised Art-Invest on the sale of the 4-star hotel Le Méridien Frankfurt at the end of 2017 and on the sale of the 4-star hotel and medical centre Mercure Hotel & Medicum Leipzig in spring 2017.
