3A once more advises Art-Invest on acquisition of Ibis Style in Stuttgart
Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired the ibis Styles Hotel in Bad Cannstatt/Stuttgart for its “Core Budget Hotel Fund” from D² REAL ESTATE GmbH. The buyer was legally assisted in this transaction by Dr Hermann Stapenhorst, MRICS, Dr Nadja Fleischmann, LL.M. and Frederike S. Rauhut of 3A.
The ibis Styles Hotel is acquired under a long-term lease agreement with the Success Hotel Group. The extensively renovated hotel has a total of 156 rooms, a restaurant with outdoor area, a bar, four conference rooms and 78 underground parking spaces.
Thus, the successful cooperation between 3A and Art-Invest is hereby continued: only recently 3A has advised Art-Invest on the acquisition of the hotels Ibis Styles and Ibis Budget as part of an asset forward deal in Bayreuth for the same fund until the end of 2018.
